Rogue Drones are the main NPC type in Dronelands, which is where our corp systems are. They are weakest to EM and Thermal damage, and deal omnidamage (all types of damage). Generally, the kind of combat sites you'd want to look to rat in depending in your ship and goals are Squads, Patrols, and Hordes.
The Drone Squad is the easiest combat site that can spawn a 10/10 Escalation. It is made up mostly of cruisers and battlecruisers, as well as low-bounty battleships. They can be easily cleared in a Vexor, or you can also use Ishtars, Gilas, Stormbringers, etc. for faster clear times. There is anecdotal evidence about Squads being more likely to spawn Sentient battleships and 10/10 Escalations, although this might be because of the shorter clear time.

Sometimes, there are rare additional wave spawns that include a very powerful and rare capital-class NPC ship known as the Infested Carrier (or the "boss", as some of our Thai friends like to call it). They have a high bounty and typically has better loot and salvage value, but are ABSOLUTELY DEADLY to any ship lower than a Dreadnought. They spawn in Patrols and Hordes, and it is important you warp out as soon as possible when you see it.
There are multiple types of such carriers, with differing durability, damage, loot, and bounty. Generally, they are best cleared with a Dreadnought or above. More details on doing this will be available in another page in the future.
NPC Carrier | Ship Type | Bounty |
---|---|---|
Infested Carrier | Carrier | 60,000,000 ISK |
Sentient Infested Carrier | Carrier | 120,000,000 ISK |
Sentient Infested Supercarrier | Supercarrier | 240,000,000 ISK |
